A scribbler on the loose!
Hello! My name is Ariella Kaniel, and I am a Los Angeles based print maker & illustrator. I have had the pleasure of graduating California State University Northridge with a BFA in Illustration in May 2020 and the honor of receiving the Susan Manders Fine Art Award (Spring 2020), the CSUN juried exhibition Dean’s Purchase Award (Spring 2019), the Arts Councl Award (Spring 2019), and the Stan & Joann Benson Painting Award (Spring 2018). I have 2 loving parents, 4 wonderful sisters, one of which is my twin, and 3 adorable parrots. When I’m not scribbling, I enjoy crocheting & knitting, making handmade books, ice skating, and thrift shopping.
